Description of the facility

The Cultural Center is partially accessible. The building has two floors. The ground floor houses the reception, cloakrooms, and adapted restrooms, while the first floor provides entrances to the small and large halls. An elevator is installed to access the different floors.
The seats in the halls are movable. Parking is located behind the building, but the access path is hazardous due to unmarked edges of height differences and an unmarked height obstacle at the entrance.
