Description of the facility

The building is partially accessible.
The entrance doors are automatic folding doors, preceded by a short and steep ramp without a landing.
On the ground floor, there is sufficient maneuvering space, and the office doors are light and threshold-free.
The building has two floors and a garage, equipped with an appropriately sized elevator.
The toilets on the first floor are not adapted for wheelchair users, as there is insufficient space for maneuvering and accessing the stalls.
Glass doors and walls are not marked in contrast, posing a risk for blind and visually impaired persons.

Adaptations:

Mobility impaired:

  • The main entrance is partially accessible (steep ramp directly at the entrance),
  • The interior offers sufficient maneuvering space,
  • The building has an elevator of suitable dimensions.

Blind and visually impaired:

  • There are no sudden transitions from bright to dark areas inside the building,
  • The elevator buttons are tactile (relief-marked),
  • The edges of the stairs are marked in contrast.

Deaf and hard of hearing:

  • No major adaptations are in place.

Deficiencies:

Mobility impaired:

  • No designated accessible parking space,
  • The entrance ramp is too steep and lacks a proper landing,
  • No adapted toilets — the maneuvering area is too small for wheelchair users.

Blind and visually impaired:

  • The entrance is not clearly recognizable,
  • Glass doors and large glass walls lack contrasting markings.

Deaf and hard of hearing:

  • No significant deficiencies.
