Description of the facility

The hotel is partially accessible.
At the entrance, there is a gently sloped ramp that allows independent access. From the reception area with the front desk, guests can enter the meeting rooms, the restaurant, and the staircase leading to the rooms. An elevator is located next to the stairs. Access to the meeting rooms is hindered by extremely narrow doors. The restaurant is largely accessible. The building does not include adapted rooms for wheelchair users. While most areas provide sufficient maneuvering space, the bathrooms are not adapted.

Adaptations:

Mobility impaired:

  • The ramp at the main entrance is properly designed and allows independent use,
  • There is sufficient maneuvering space inside,
  • The building includes an elevator of appropriate dimensions,
  • Restroom facilities are available on the ground floor.

Blind and visually impaired:

  • The entrance to the building is clearly recognizable,
  • The reception desk is located close to the entrance.

Deaf and hard of hearing:

  • The meeting room is adequately soundproofed.

Deficiencies:

Mobility impaired:

  • The reception desk is not height-adjusted for wheelchair users,
  • The doors to the meeting rooms are too narrow,
  • There are no accessible rooms available for guests with mobility impairments.

Blind and visually impaired:

  • Glass doors are not marked with contrasting indicators,
  • The pathways are obstructed by hazardous objects,
  • Obstacles in hallways (such as elevated cabinets) are not properly marked,
  • The buttons in the elevator are not tactile.

Deaf and hard of hearing:

  • There is no hearing loop system in the building.
