Description of the facility

The facility is poorly accessible. For users with low-power electric wheelchairs or manual wheelchairs, the ramp in front of the entrance is too steep for independent use.
There is no nearby public transport stop, but the building can be reached by car directly. An adapted parking space is available near the entrance, but it is too small.

The entrance to the thermal area uses the Hotel Vesna entrance. Access involves contrast-unmarked stairs and a steep, unprotected ramp. The entrance doors are automatic sliding doors.
The reception desk is too high for wheelchair users despite being lowered. It is near the entrance but not marked with tactile floor indicators and is not equipped with a hearing loop.

Entry to the thermal area is to the right of the reception desk, via a validation device. An additional side passage for wheelchair users is available. Glass surfaces and doors along the path lack contrast markings.

The facility includes ground-floor indoor and outdoor pools, with saunas on the first floor. Access to changing rooms lacks sufficient maneuvering space for wheelchair users. Locker equipment is not height-adjusted, and lockers cannot be independently used by blind or visually impaired persons.
Sanitary facilities for mobility-impaired users and shared showers are in the changing area. Pool areas lack proper markings, including tactile indicators for blind and visually impaired visitors. Entry to pools is not possible for mobility-impaired users due to the absence of pool lifts or in-pool ramps.
The indoor and outdoor pools are connected by a step with a landing and glass doors without contrast markings.
A lifeguard is present during all operational hours. Saunas on the first floor are only accessible via stairs and have no adaptations for any disability group.
