Description of the facility

The store is well accessible.
It is located on the ground floor of a larger shopping center. The bus stop is very close to the main entrance. The shopping center has multiple entrances. The recessed main entrance has stairs, and the ground surface connecting it to the sidewalk is uneven. The accessible route to the side entrance is paved and free of level changes or other obstacles. Designated accessible parking spaces are available in the parking garage and near the side entrance of the outdoor parking lot.
The shopping center offers free wheelchair rental at the information desk.
The entrance doors of the Mladinska knjiga store remain open during opening hours. The sales counter is not directly near the entrance. The sales counter and most of the main area are fully accessible. Some narrower areas between shelves and other obstacles limit maneuvering space for wheelchair users. Lighting is adequate. Assistance with shopping is provided by staff.
The shopping center is equipped with accessible sanitary facilities.

  • Some interior areas do not provide enough maneuvering space for wheelchair users.

Blind and visually impaired:

  • Revolving glass doors are not contrast-marked,
  • Reception desk is not near the entrance,
  • The path to a distant reception desk is not marked.

Deaf and hard of hearing:

  • Reception desk is not equipped with a hearing loop for hard of hearing visitors.
