Description of the facility

The LL Viva store is partially accessible. The bus stop is located near the store and is accessible via the sidewalk; however, the pedestrian crossing does not have tactile ground indicators. There are obstacles on the sidewalk for motorcyclists, which also impede wheelchair users.

Adapted parking spaces are located in front of the store entrance, but to reach the sidewalk and enter LL Viva, a slight detour is necessary.

The entrance doors are glass and not automatic. They are less noticeable, as they do not visually stand out from the surrounding walls and are not equipped with contrast strips. The store is entirely on the ground floor. The entrance leads through a small vestibule and interior door, where there is insufficient maneuvering space to make a 90° turn with a wheelchair.

Lighting is adequate. Inside, there is generally enough space between shelves, though access is occasionally blocked by products or a movable shoe-changing chair. Store staff can remove obstacles. Some shelves are too high or too low. Signs and labels are appropriately contrastive and large, though sometimes placed too high. Product prices are legible, but descriptions are too small.

The checkout counter is not height-adjusted and is not equipped with a hearing loop. There are no adapted sanitary facilities in the store.
