Description of the facility

The store is partially accessible.
The bus station is located nearby and is accessible via the sidewalk. Marked adapted parking spaces are available in the parking lot close to the entrance.
All store areas are located on an elevated ground floor and are accessible via an external ramp and stairs. The ramp has occasional narrow sections that obstruct the path. The accessible route is not equipped with contrast markings.
The sales counter is not located near the entrance and is positioned in front of windows, which prevents lip reading and observation of facial expressions. The counter is also not equipped with a hearing loop.
The main parts of the store and most shelves are accessible to wheelchair users, with sufficient maneuvering space. Additional assistance is provided by the staff. Lighting in the sales area is appropriate, but the floor surface is glossy.
There are no adapted restrooms in the building.

  • an adapted parking space is available near the entrance,
  • the main entrance to the building is accessible.

Blind and visually impaired:

  • the building is marked with an appropriate information sign,
  • glass doors are contrast-marked,
  • signs and labels inside the building are contrasting and legible.

Deaf and hard of hearing:

  • no major adaptations.

 

Deficiencies

Mobility impaired:

  • the ramp in front of the entrance has occasional narrow sections that may obstruct the path,
  • the sales counter is not height-adjusted for wheelchair users,
  • there are no adapted restrooms in the building,
  • there are no adapted fitting rooms in the building.

Blind and visually impaired:

  • the sales counter is not located near the entrance,
  • the route to the distant reception counter is not marked.

Deaf and hard of hearing:

  • the sales counter is not equipped with a hearing loop for hard-of-hearing persons,
  • the sales counter is positioned in front of windows, which prevents lip reading and observing facial expressions.
