Description of the facility

The Fužine Library is poorly accessible and unfortunately not accessible for wheelchair users.
The bus stop is located nearby. The path from the bus stop to the building is unmarked and obstructed by bollards.
The adapted parking space on the street in front of the building is too narrow. Access to the entrance is via a ramp, which is too steep and not properly marked, creating a hazard for blind and visually impaired people.
The building has a main and a side entrance, both of which are not adapted for mobility-impaired persons.

The library program is located on the ground floor. In addition to the main space with bookshelves and a reception desk, the building also includes a reading room, study room, classroom, playroom, and non-adapted restrooms.

The interior is well-lit. The floor is glossy but non-slip. The reception desk near the entrance is not height-adjusted, and the library is not equipped with a hearing loop. There is insufficient space between bookshelves for easy access, and some shelves are either too high or too low.

Restrooms are not adapted and are locked; keys are available from staff at the reception desk.
