Description of the facility

The Lidl premises on Masarykova Street are partially accessible.
The bus stop is located nearby. The path from the bus stop to the store is simple and wide enough. The pedestrian crossing at the main intersection is equipped with a lowered curb, tactile ground markings, and the traffic light has an audible signal.
The store is located on the ground floor, and parking is in the basement. Adapted parking spaces are directly next to the basement entrance to the store. A large elevator provides access from the basement to the ground floor.
The main entrance from Masarykova Street is highly visible, and the doors are automatic, made of glass, and clearly noticeable.
In the vestibule, there is a coffee machine and lockers, which are poorly accessible for blind and visually impaired persons. A tactile mat leads from the vestibule to the store entrance.
Wheelchairs for mobility-impaired users are available near both entrances.
Inside, there is sufficient maneuvering space between shelves. Some shelves are too low or too high. Opening freezers is difficult due to heavy doors.
Signs and labels are appropriately contrasted and legible. Product prices are readable, but product descriptions are too small. Fruit and other products are weighed at the checkout. The space for frontal access and payment at the checkout is too narrow for wheelchair users.
Lighting is adequate.
The store is not equipped with a hearing loop.
There are no adapted sanitary facilities.
