Description of the facility

The Lidl premises on Rakuševa Street are partially accessible. The store is entirely located on the ground floor and is fairly close to the bus stop. The path to the bus stop is accessible via sidewalks, which are lowered at pedestrian crossings. Adapted parking spaces are available in the outdoor parking lot near the entrance and in the underground garage, which is accessible via an elevator.
The entrance doors are automatic and made of glass, and are clearly noticeable, as they are covered with promotional materials and contrast markings. The store is equipped with shopping carts adapted for wheelchair users. The entrance vestibule is long and therefore slightly harder to recognize. The vestibule also has lockers for storing personal belongings.
Lighting is adequate. Inside, there is enough maneuvering space between shelves and at the checkout. Some shelves are too high.
Due to the depth of freezers, some refrigerated units are harder to reach. Most signs and labels in the store have appropriate contrast and size. Product prices are readable and enlarged on higher shelves. Product descriptions are too small. Fruit and other products are weighed at the checkout. Checkout counters are at an appropriate height.
Express checkouts are available, where assistance from staff is also provided. To exit at express checkouts, the receipt must be scanned on a contrast-marked reader.
The store is not equipped with a hearing loop. There are no adapted sanitary facilities.
