Description of the facility

The Lidl premises on Litijska Street are partially accessible.
The bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the building.
The store is located within a larger shopping complex and is entirely on the ground floor. The entrance doors are automatic, made of glass, and clearly visible.
Adapted parking spaces are available in the parking lot near the entrance. Additional spaces are available in the underground garage of the building, which is accessible via a relatively narrow and steep moving walkway, not suitable for all types of wheelchairs, or via the access road for cars.
Inside the store, there is sufficient maneuvering space between the shelves and at the checkout counters.
Shelves are partially accessible for mobility-impaired persons, but opening refrigerated units can be difficult.
The store provides appropriate orientation and signage for sensory-impaired persons.
Checkout counters are too high.
Self-service checkouts are available with staff assistance. For exiting at self-service checkouts, the receipt must be scanned on a reader installed at an inappropriate height.
There are no adapted sanitary facilities in the store (not a mandatory requirement).
