Description of the facility

The facility is partially accessible. The parking area includes two adapted spaces located near the entrance, but they are not illuminated. The access path to the entrance is arranged and of suitable width, but it is unmarked and has partially inadequate surfaces. The entrance is equipped with automatic doors and a ramp. Inside, there is sufficient maneuvering space in the exhibition areas and the hall, and the restrooms include at least one accessible toilet. An elevator connects the levels. The hall has movable seats and adequate lighting, but no systems for assisted listening are installed.

Deaf and hard of hearing:

  • A comprehensive system of signage and communication symbols is in place,
  • The hall is free from external noise and has good building acoustics,
  • Lighting and visual signage enable lip-reading and visual following of events.

Shortcomings:

People with physical disabilities:

  • The parking spaces are not illuminated,
  • The length of the adapted parking space is 4,750 mm (less than recommended),

  • The restroom entrance is not equipped with tactile markings or Braille,
  • The sink is installed at 870 mm (too high),
  • The faucet is 370 mm from the front edge, soap dispenser 470 mm away — accessibility is limited,
  • The restroom alarm has no visual/auditory feedback and is not optimally positioned,
  • Switches in the restrooms are installed at 1,260 mm (higher than recommended),
  • The mirror extends from 1,250 mm to 1,800 mm, with the lower edge too high,
  • Knee clearance under the sink is adequate, but other functionalities are not optimal.
