Description of the facility

The building is partially accessible. For people with low-powered electric wheelchairs or manual wheelchairs, the ramp in front of the entrance is too steep for independent use.
There is no public transport stop nearby, but it is possible to drive directly to the entrance. A designated accessible parking space is planned near the entrance, but it is too small.
Access to the entrance involves stairs without contrast markings and a steep, unsecured ramp. The entrance doors are automatic sliding doors.
The reception desk, even though lowered, is too high for wheelchair users. It is located near the entrance but is not marked with tactile floor indicators. It is not equipped with a hearing loop.
The building has 4 floors, connected by stairs and two elevators. The elevators are difficult to locate from the entrance and reception desk.

On the ground floor are the reception, café with terrace, toilets for wheelchair users, shop, hair salon, medical center, and a connecting corridor to the thermal section.
The café, located to the left of the entrance, has sufficient maneuvering space, and the equipment is partially adapted. There is a high threshold between the café and terrace. Wheelchair access to the terrace is partially possible from the sidewalk via a steep and unsecured ramp.
The ground floor toilets, opposite the entrance, are unsuitable for wheelchair users (insufficient maneuvering space and restricted access to equipment). Wheelchair users can only use the toilet in an accessible hotel room.
The small shop to the right of the entrance has limited maneuvering space, but staff assist customers and allow them to try on clothing in their rooms.
The medical center is located to the right of the entrance at the end of the hall. The main corridor is wide enough for wheelchair maneuvering, while side corridors are too narrow. Some medical rooms allow access to services, but the changing area is not adapted. The medical area does not have a portable hearing loop.

The 1st floor contains a bar, restaurant, and multipurpose hall with sufficient maneuvering space. The self-service restaurant and its equipment are not adapted for wheelchair users or blind and visually impaired people. The glass entrance doors to the restaurant lack proper contrast markings.
The connecting corridor to Hotel Mladika is near the elevators but poorly marked.
The upper floors have 165 hotel rooms and common rooms. Four rooms designated for wheelchair users are not well adapted, as are corridor widths leading to the rooms. In the accessible hotel room, bathrooms have insufficient maneuvering space, thresholds at the entrance and balcony, and beds do not allow for lift-assisted transfers.
Orientation signs and room indicators are not contrasting or appropriately sized.
