Description of the facility
The hotel is partially accessible. A bus stop is located very close to the entrance. Distant adapted parking spaces are accessible via a side, unmarked path with a slight slope.
The main entrance is clearly recognizable. Entry is only possible via a ramp. There is signage to the remote reception desk, but no tactile floor guidance.
On the ground floor are hotel restaurants and a café, with basement sanitary facilities that are not adapted. Dining areas have sufficient maneuvering space, and counters and self-service machines are at suitable heights. The café is located in a greenhouse area and has an outdoor terrace, which is not wheelchair accessible.
The main elevator and staircase next to the reception connect all other floors, where in the upper floors there is an adapted guest room, adapted sanitary facilities for wheelchair users, and access to the wellness area. The adapted room with bathroom has sufficient maneuvering space, and the room equipment is height-adjusted. The side access to the bed is restricted by furniture that can be moved with staff assistance. The bathroom is partially adequate regarding maneuvering space and equipment. The side approach to the toilet is limited due to a fixed grab bar. The balcony is not accessible for wheelchair users due to threshold and limited maneuvering space.
Access to the wellness area from the first floor is via stairs or an elevator, which is too small for larger wheelchairs, making wellness inaccessible for them. Changing rooms, saunas, sanitary facilities, and other auxiliary wellness spaces are inaccessible due to steps. Direct access from the hallway to the pool is possible via a narrow passage, which staff can unlock if needed. The pool does not have a pool lift. A fitness area is also available in the wellness complex.
No hearing loops are installed in the building.
