Adapted parking spaces are near the main entrance, accessible via a short-sloped path. Glass entrance doors lack contrast markings, and the path to the reception desk (located to the left of the entrance) has no tactile or contrast indicators.<\/p>\n<p>A central staircase near the reception connects the hotel and spa spaces. Nearby elevators have small cabins, and buttons are not adapted for blind or visually impaired users.<\/p>\n<p>Access to the Vita Wellness Center is through the caf\u00e9 to the right of the main entrance, via a narrow staircase behind glass doors with an intercom; wheelchair users enter through a higher-level entrance. Upper floors house the Medical Center, Arbora Spa, and pools.<\/p>\n<p>The Medical Center is fully accessible, with its own reception desk, wide corridors, and step-free consultation rooms. Entry to pools is through changing rooms. Passage past validation devices is possible and marked for wheelchair users, but changing cubicles are not sufficiently spacious. Pools lack pool lifts; entry is mostly via stairs with handrails. Certain lounge areas are reserved for users with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>The connection between pools and Arbora Spa involves a small linking staircase; access to the Spa from the central staircase remains challenging. The Spa includes multiple saunas, which are poorly accessible due to narrow entrances, thresholds, unsuitable layout, and ambient lighting.<\/p>\n<p>Reception desks throughout the complex are not height-adjusted and lack hearing loops.
