There is no public transport station nearby. The number of adapted parking spaces is insufficient, and they are located at the back of the building. Since access to the nearest side entrance is not adequately adapted, entry to the building is only possible through the more distant main entrance. The route to it leads along the roadway, without tactile guiding surfaces or markings. Parking in the basement garage is not adapted for persons with mobility impairments.
\nThe hotel has six floors, including a basement (garage, bowling alley, cinema, and connection to the Water Park), a ground floor with reception, conference rooms, a caf\u00e9, and a restaurant, upper floors with guest rooms, and a wellness area on the fourth floor.
\nThe main entrance is not easy to recognize, and the glass surfaces are not marked with contrast strips.
\nTwo appropriately large and well-lit elevators are located near the entrance. The reception desk, to the right of the entrance, is not height-adjusted for wheelchair users and is not equipped with a hearing loop. Apart from the main conference hall, the remaining halls are located on a mezzanine level accessible only by stairs. None of the halls are equipped with hearing loops.
\nThe caf\u00e9 and restaurant provide sufficient maneuvering space, and the tables are height-adjusted for wheelchair users, but the self-service counters are not adapted.
\nOut of 102 hotel rooms, 4 are adapted for wheelchair users (one per floor). Since these are family suites, their price is higher than that of standard rooms. The inspected room no. 201 has two bedrooms with sufficient maneuvering space. However, since the beds reach the floor, the use of a room hoist is not possible. The bathroom lacks maneuvering space; the sink does not allow front access, the small shower is not level with the floor, the toilet does not allow side access, and there are no suitable grab bars. The balcony is inaccessible for wheelchair users due to a high threshold and limited maneuvering space. The rooms and card readers for door unlocking are very well illuminated.
\nIn the wellness area, the changing rooms, saunas, and terrace are not accessible for wheelchair users, and there are no special adaptations for blind or visually impaired persons. Access to the pool is only possible via stairs. The relaxation area has movable furniture and enough maneuvering space.
\nThe basement cinema hall has no height differences and includes spaces for wheelchair users, but these are not marked. The passage to the Bohinj Water Park has an unsuitable ramp and stairs.
\nMost corridors and staircases are poorly lit, and the stairs lack contrast markings. Signs are often placed on door panels and lack sufficient contrast. The building does not have suitably adapted restrooms for wheelchair users.<\/p>\n
