Wheelchair users have to use the bike path due to height obstacles.<\/p>\n<p>There is one adapted parking space near the entrance, but it is too small.<\/p>\n<p>The facility has semi-basement, ground, and upper floors. The entrance to the building is through an adapted main entrance (leveled paving) into the lobby. Near the entrance are the reception desk, accessible restrooms (which are locked), and a caf\u00e9 with a terrace. Access to the terrace is not possible for wheelchair users from inside the building. Through the reception desk, visitors access vertical circulation via security gates.<\/p>\n<p>Access to the table tennis hall on the first floor is via stairs and a closed lift platform with doors. Next to the hall on the first floor are also accessible restrooms with a shower, but there is no grab bar by the toilet. The stairs have a curved lower section, so the depth of each step varies. The stair edges are inadequately marked, there are no wall handrails, which poses a serious tripping hazard, especially for blind and visually impaired persons. The lift platform with doors is too small to be used independently by a person in an electric wheelchair.<\/p>\n<p>Access to the semi-basement is via a steep and narrow ramp or stairs, without marked edges (contrast or tactile). There are the multipurpose hall and the martial arts hall in the semi-basement. Access to the multipurpose hall is through a changing room that is not suitable for wheelchair users; the passage is narrow. The martial arts hall is only accessible to narrower wheelchairs; there is no access to the boxing ring.
