The path from the bus stop to the building is unmarked and obstructed by bollards.<br \/>\nThe adapted parking space on the street in front of the building is too narrow. Access to the entrance is via a ramp, which is too steep and not properly marked, creating a hazard for blind and visually impaired people.<br \/>\nThe building has a main and a side entrance, both of which are not adapted for mobility-impaired persons.  <\/p>\n<p>The library program is located on the ground floor. In addition to the main space with bookshelves and a reception desk, the building also includes a reading room, study room, classroom, playroom, and non-adapted restrooms.  <\/p>\n<p>The interior is well-lit. The floor is glossy but non-slip. The reception desk near the entrance is not height-adjusted, and the library is not equipped with a hearing loop.
