It is located in the city center, so parking is arranged as part of the urban layout. There is also a garage under the building, which does not have designated accessible parking spaces, but there is an unmarked area in front of the elevator entrance that can serve as a temporary stopping area.<\/p>\n<p>The main entrance has a short, gentle ramp and is free of thresholds. The reception desk is located to the right of the entrance. The path to it is not marked with contrast. The desk is height-adjusted on one side using a table. A portable hearing loop is available at the desk.<br \/>\nThe lobby also contains food and beverage areas\u2014a caf\u00e9 and dining area\u2014as well as conference rooms. The conference rooms do not have permanent hearing loops. The side entrance is not accessible.<br \/>\nThe ground floor also has accessible restrooms, though they have limited maneuvering space.<\/p>\n<p>The hotel offers accessible rooms for mobility-impaired guests, with appropriately equipped bathrooms and level-access showers, although the bathrooms are slightly narrow.<\/p>\n<p>In the upper floors, there are additional rooms, a small conference hall, a fitness area, and an outdoor terrace. Access to the terrace from the main lobby is via stairs; it is located straight across the room from the entrance. Access for wheelchair users is provided via two ramps on the upper floor, which do not have appropriate slope or dimensions. Due to intermediate level differences, only part of the terrace is accessible.<\/p>\n<p><b>Adjustments<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mobility-impaired persons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The main entrance is accessible,<\/li>\n<li>The main entrance has automatic (sliding) doors,<\/li>\n<li>The ramp at the entrance is suitable and can be used independently,<\/li>\n<li>Space is provided at the reception desk for wheelchair users,<\/li>\n<li>The building has an adequately sized elevator for wheelchair users,<\/li>\n<li>Accessible restrooms are available,<\/li>\n<li>Conference and meeting rooms have adjustable equipment,<\/li>\n<li>Accessible rooms are available with adapted showers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blind and visually impaired persons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The edges of level changes at the entrance are marked with contrast (though slightly faded),<\/li>\n<li>Signs and labels in the building are at appropriate heights,<\/li>\n<li>Elevator buttons are tactile and include Braille.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deaf and hard of hearing persons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The reception desk is equipped with a portable hearing loop,<\/li>\n<li>The reception desk is well-lit, allowing for lip reading and facial expression visibility,<\/li>\n<li>The reception desk is positioned so there are no windows behind it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Deficiencies<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mobility-impaired persons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The accessible parking space in the garage is not marked; however, a protocol allows reservation of the largest available space before the arrival of a mobility-impaired guest,<\/li>\n<li>The ramps providing access to the terrace do not have an appropriate slope and are not properly secured,<\/li>\n<li>Due to unbridged level differences, the terrace is not fully accessible,<\/li>\n<li>Bathrooms in accessible rooms are narrow.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blind and visually impaired persons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Glass doors are marked, but not with sufficient contrast,<\/li>\n<li>The reception desk is not located near the entrance,<\/li>\n<li>The path to the distant reception desk is not marked (tactile floor system, mat, etc.),<\/li>\n<li>Signs and labels throughout the building are not sufficiently contrasting and readable,<\/li>\n<li>The edges of staircases are not marked with contrast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deaf and hard of hearing persons:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There are no major deficiencies.
