Access to the ground floor can be achieved using a temporary ramp on the narrow sidewalk in front of the entrance. The sidewalk in front of the entrance lacks a recess.<br \/>\nThe ground floor houses the reception desk and part of the exhibition spaces. The upper floor is only accessible via stairs inside. For mobility-impaired visitors, access is provided via a separate rear entrance. A temporary ramp is installed at the side entrance, but due to the lack of edge protection, it can be unsafe.<br \/>\nThe upper floor contains the remainder of the collection and non-adapted sanitary facilities. The interior of the building is relatively poorly lit.  <\/p>\n<p><b>Adaptations:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mobility impaired:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>an adapted parking space is located near the entrance,<\/li>\n<li>a temporary ramp for wheelchairs is installed at the main entrance,<\/li>\n<li>the side entrance to the upper floor is accessible for wheelchairs via a ramp,<\/li>\n<li>the reception desk is height-adjusted for wheelchair users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blind and visually impaired:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the reception desk is located immediately near the entrance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deaf and hard of hearing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>no adaptations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Deficiencies:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mobility impaired:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>access to the sidewalk at the main entrance is not recessed,<\/li>\n<li>the main entrance is not accessible (due to threshold and heavy doors),<\/li>\n<li>the accessible side entrance is not marked,<\/li>\n<li>access to the side entrance is only possible via a sloped road,<\/li>\n<li>the ramp at the side entrance does not have an appropriate slope and is not adequately protected,<\/li>\n<li>height differences inside (high thresholds) are not properly bridged,<\/li>\n<li>there is no elevator,<\/li>\n<li>sanitary facilities are not adapted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blind and visually impaired:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>there are sudden transitions from light to dark areas inside,<\/li>\n<li>edges of stairs are not contrast marked,<\/li>\n<li>edges of height differences are not contrast marked,<\/li>\n<li>selected exhibits do not allow tactile exploration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Deaf and hard of hearing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the building is not equipped with a hearing loop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","storitev":[4],"class_list":["post-2064","ponudnik","type-ponudnik","status-publish","hentry","storitev-razstave"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/invalidska-kartica.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ponudnik\/2064","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/invalidska-kartica.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/ponudnik"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/invalidska-kartica.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/ponudnik"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/invalidska-kartica.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2064"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"storitev","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/invalidska-kartica.si\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/storitev?post=2064"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
