It is located on the third floor of the Vrhnika Cultural Center. The entrance to the library from the parking area is not clearly marked or easily recognizable. In the building\u2019s main lobby, there are no clear signs indicating how to reach the library, and the staircase and elevator are not easily distinguishable.<br \/>\nThe reception desk is visible upon exiting the elevator. There is sufficient maneuvering space between the bookshelves, as well as in the main hall and computer room.
